Rules for using LevitateOS as a customer or trial user.
The service
LevitateOS helps you discover relevant Threads conversations, draft content in your voice, approve actions, publish through your connected account, and review performance. You remain responsible for every post and reply you approve.
Accounts and trials
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Free trials last five days unless stated otherwise. When a trial ends, continued use requires a paid plan. We may suspend accounts that abuse trials, automation limits, or platform policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use LevitateOS for spam, harassment, deceptive automation, credential sharing, or activity that violates Meta/Threads policies or applicable law. You must connect only accounts you are authorized to manage.
Third-party platforms
Publishing and insights depend on Meta’s Threads API. Outages, policy changes, or account restrictions on Meta’s side may affect availability. Your use of Threads remains subject to Meta’s terms.
Billing
Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe according to the prices shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Privacy and deletion
Our privacy policy explains how we handle data. You may request deletion through our data deletion page or contact form.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or specific business results. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
